Guesthouse in Leeds

the room has recently been extended and now has a separate lounge with sofa & chair, tv with freeview, mini fridge, kettle (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, bottled water & cereal provided). Hairdryer with diffuser & towels. Bedroom has one double bed and hanging space for clothes The space in own annexe 100 metres to bus stop for Leeds, Selby & Castleford. 1.5 miles to railway station for trains to Leeds,York & Selby m1-m62 within 5 minutes. please be aware that unless I am at home there is no access to cooking facilities
