Welcome to our charming studio nestled in the heart of the prestigious Champagne vineyards. We are a young winegrower couple and we will be delighted to welcome you to our studio. This will bring you modern comfort and authentic country living. In the heart of the Champagne region and close to Marne-La-Vallée/Paris. The space Fully independent 25 m2 studio (only adjoining our house) with a double bed and a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, TV and TV decoder + Netflix + Amazon Prime Video, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware. Adjustable coffee table and stools for 4-person meals. Independent entrance on the side of the house. Linens provided, bath towels available as well as coffee pods, chocolate, tea, herbal teas, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper... Located in a very quiet residential area, possibility to pick up travelers at Nogent-L'Artaud train station (2 min by car or 13 min on foot). Nogent-L'Artaud – Paris: 1 hour by train and car. You can park your vehicle right in front of the accommodation. We also have a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles if needed. Ideal for business trips alone or with others, but also for stays as a couple or with family. We have a second studio for 2 people right next to it, do not hesitate to consult our listing "Studio Millésime" if you need more beds for your stay (subject to availability). In the heart of Champagne wine country, you will have the opportunity to visit the Champagne cellars 15 minutes away (Château-Thierry) and explore the Champagne tourist route. We are winegrowers ourselves and we sell our Champagne on site if you wish, please just let us know. 45 minutes from Disney Park/Marne la Vallée/Val d'Europe 45 minutes from Reims/Epernay Local shops: bakery, hairdresser, fast food (kebab, pizzas), bar, small supermarket, pharmacy. Guest access Small outdoor sitting area on the side of the home. Other things to note Warning! If there are 2 of you but you want 2 separate beds (most often for work colleagues on the move), we apply a surcharge of €15. Please let us know before arrival so we can prepare the bed for you. We have a second studio "Studio Millésime" for 2 people right next to it, so you may meet other tenants in the hallway to the accommodation.
