Our summer residence, as we lovingly call it, was built in 2017. The top equipped apartment (about 65 square meters) is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. The large bright living room overlooking the garden invites chill out. The 50 square meter terrace overlooking the garden pond invites you to unwind. And to cheer on the barbecue in good weather. The walks to the Lenglerner / Göttinger Weinberg, which is located in the immediate vicinity, are also wonderful. We are looking forward to business travelers, couples, solo travelers, families with children. The car can be safely parked in the yard and there is also plenty of room for bicycles.
