New cabin on the waterfront on idyllic Sandøya

Newly built cabin (2020) on Sandøya with all amenities and 20 meters of beach line with deep water jetty. The cabin is located 4 meters from the water in a strait with sun from early morning to about 8 pm in the evening. Great view of the fjord. The space The cabin is 100 square meters with 4 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Living room and open kitchen solution on the 1st floor and loft living room on the 2nd floor. Balcony on the 2nd floor lacks terrace planks but can be used as it is (not recommended if it is wet, then the floor becomes very slippery). Outdoor spaces: sitting stairs and terrace in front of the cabin with sun loungers. Dining area with room for 8, as well as a large barbecue grill.
