Modern, bright apartment 2k to St Brelade's beach

Our light and airy one bedroom apartment can accommodate 2 adults. It’s in a peaceful green area of St Brelade at the top of Petit Port hill. Although attached to the main house it’s completely private and spotlessly clean. We are adjacent to the Railway Walk which caters for safe walking and cycling from Corbiere to St Aubin. The south west of Jersey is great for spectacular coastal walks, sunsets, sandy beaches and good restaurants. A car is good for a few days to see other areas of Jersey. The space The apartment was renovated in 2019 to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. It is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your comfort and safety between guests. The pillow and mattress protectors are washed every week. The apartment will be spotless. Upstairs is a large open plan room which has underfloor heating. It incorporates a fully fitted kitchen with Neff oven and fridge, and a small microwave. You have all the kitchen equipment you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small dining table and two chairs, sofa, a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflicks and Prime, WIFI and a wood burning stove for winter (bags of logs to be purchased). A door leads downstairs to a small hall via a spiral staircase. There is a bedroom with king size bed and a shower room with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to the SPIRAL staircase. Outside is a seating area, two garden chairs and parking for one car. You are very welcome to sit in the garden. This is a NON SMOKING apartment and I apologise but animals are not permitted. Guest access Guests have use of the entire apartment. If we are not around when you arrive your key will be in the black key safe outside our back door. You can drop off your luggage if you arrive in the island earlier than check in which is 14.00, provided you let me know. You can also leave your luggage at the end of your stay in the hall if you are departing much later than the 10am check out time. Other things to note We are lucky to live in the western parish of St Brelade in the countryside, where we have some of the best beaches and coastal walks nearby. We are 15 min walk to the 5k PARKRUN at Les Quennevais. From the apartment you can walk 20 minutes to Corbiere Lighthouse, 35 minutes to St Brelade’s beach and 80 mins to St Aubin. The coastal walks around Jersey have been voted the best in the UK by Conde Nest and Jersey is also noted for its excellent restaurants. Corbiere Lighthouse, Beauport Beach, St Brelade’s Bay, Ouaisne Beach and Portelet Beach are beautiful areas to explore and are one to two miles away. We have an hourly bus service (from Oct to end May) or half hour service (from June to end Sept) that stops outside our lane (12A & 22) to visit St Ouen's surfing bay, St Brelade and Portelet beaches, St Aubin and St Helier. Waitrose or M&S are on the bus route. A Miele washing machine and dryer is located in the main house and is available for guests to use at no extra charge when we are at home or there’s a launderette nearby. I have also provided everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom has hand washing liquid and a bowl for hand washing. An iron and ironing board, umbrella, beach towels and beach bag are in the cupboard upstairs. You also have garden chairs and beach chairs. During the shoulder and winter months message me if you wish to arrive on a day other than Saturday.
