On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. We are ideally located for Selby, Goole,York, Hull, Leeds, or further afield whether you are on holiday or working. Your nearest neighbour will ge my husband, Phil the farmer, and myself, who live next door in the farmhouse, otherwise no neighbours!
