Rose Hip Hill Guesthouse was born out of our passion for nature and a traditional lifestyle. Set in a wonderful scenery, quiet and remote, near a forest and a creek, Rose Hip Hill Guesthouse is situated in Valea Târnei, parish of Șinteu, between Aleșd and Zalău, offering its guests the possibility to visit the beautiful hills, forests, waterfalls and caves of Bihor county. The space Just a short diversion from the main road, but still far enough so you will not see or hear what is going on in the world at large. The Guesthouse is hosted by a new construction, a green house on a green hillside, blending in with nature, still designed and furnished to be most comfortable. Not too large and not too small to spend, together with your closest, dearest relatives or friends, a pleasant weekend or celebrate an important event. In the winter, by the fire-place, in the summer, on the sunlit terrace, you can spend quiet, intimate, peaceful, undisturbed moments. If the wind is raging outside, you can snuggle down in the sauna, if it’s the heat of the city that chased you here, you can dangle your feet in the cool spring water. The forest and the creek invite you for a nice walk, but if the lavender scent dazes you, just rest, since work and constant bustle and rushing around you can find anywhere. Calm and peace, blessings and goodwill like here, in very few places you will find. Rose Hip Hill Guesthouse offers a housing capacity of 20 persons in 2 rooms (4 persons each), a suite (2 persons in the main room and 4 persons in the secondary room), and the attic (6 persons). Each room has a special decor and its own bathroom. Rose Hip Hill Guesthouse cherishes its guests with a wide variety of activities, including a 50 m long double zip-line, a water slide, trampoline, a football and volleyball field, a mini adventure park, available at the farm, a short walk’s distance. Guests can also participate in farm activities, such as milking the goats, preparing of cheese, picking fruits and lavender. Both adults and children enjoy our pets (dogs and cats) and farm animals (goats, rabbits, chickens). The Rose Hip Hill team can organize, upon request, meals with traditional dishes, for the duration of your stay. The guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, an outside barbecue and cauldron, a spacious terrace, and a camp-fire place. We thank you for your interest and welcome you with love!
