Large front garden with ample parking for at least 4 vehicles and enclosed private rear garden with outside BBQ area and alfresco dining. Quiet location but close to the beach & Rye Nature Reserve. Great walks on your doorstep. The space As the holiday property is a bungalow, it is mobility friendly, with a ramp up to the front door and no ledges or lips once inside. We can provide two travel cots if you are traveling with young children but you will need to provide the bed linen. We allow two well behaved dogs at the property. There is a charge of £30 per dog per stay. AIRBNB ONLY ALLOW THE OPTION TO ADD AN EXTRA COST FOR ONE DOG SO WE WILL NEED TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE SECOND DOG BEFORE ARRIVAL.
