Tryfan House has the following amenities: Bedroom with 1 queen, Bedroom with 1 double + 1 single, Bedroom with 1 double, Bedroom with 1 double, new washer/dryer, air conditioner, central forced air furnace (propane), piano (out of tune), 1 full bathroom with tub and surround, 2nd bathroom with shower stall (no tub), 4 person hot tub, 4 person sauna, Fridge with freezer, electric range stove, microwave, dishwasher, lots of dishes, cutlery, small appliances, dining room, electric fireplace/stone hearth, lots of closet and cupboard space, flat grass yard as well as natural forest and 1700 feet of natural shoreline, drilled well with 3 stage filtration and UV disinfection, Flat screen TV, games, free unlimited WIFI, good Bell cell reception, covered porch, new patio set (seats 8), conversation set, 8 pine muskoka chairs, fire pit, extended dock on lake, floating mat (6x15), boat launch, 800 acres of private forest with >10+km of trails and 2km of waterfront in total. Note: swimming is from dock. Wading is not possible because of natural shoreline. Public sandy beach 5km away in Gooderham, General Store, LCBO, Hardware Store, Post Office, Gas Station, ATM all within 5km. House is well appointed, well maintained. 2 day minimum booking. Inquire about cancellations or last minute openings.
Access is good. First cottage on very good road. 4 season accessibility. Ample parking for 6-8 cars without blocking each other and more across road if needed.
