Old house from 1849 with a certain charm The cottage is 90 square meters and up to 6 people can stay there. Especially suitable for families and friendly couples. The house is NOT handicapped accessible. Our house is situated in a quiet side street in a central location. Supermarket, bakery, butcher and other shops are a 5-10 minute walk away. It is only a few minutes by bike to the surrounding lakes with their swimming areas. The space Small, cozy house in a quiet location. Ground floor: dining room with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), Bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Living room with large couch Bedroom with double bed and TV Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with double bed 180 x 2 meters and sofa bed, small bedroom with a double bed 140 x 2 meters and an additional room with bed. The room is not officially included. For children, if desired. The living space Everything is taken care of in this cottage. The car can be parked in the parking lot at the kindergarten. In spring and summer there are seating and sun spots in the large garden. The house is neither wheelchair accessible/disabled accessible!!!! Guest access Guests can use the whole house including the garden Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. Shower supplies, hair shampoo, body lotion, facial tissues, pads, hair dryer, etc. are provided. An iron and ironing board is also available. Coffee, cappuccino and tea are provided for the first few days. A security deposit of €200 must be transferred to our security deposit account before arrival. This will be refunded within 10 to 14 days after departure. The house is not wheelchair accessible/handicapped accessible!!!!! Pets are charged €7 per night per pet.
