On the first floor there are the 3 bedrooms; a king master suite with attached bathroom and balcony, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and a common bathroom. The space The house sits on a hill in the picturesque town of Montecatini Terme. Perfect for families and couples alike, this property is conveniently placed to use as a base to explore Tuscany, sitting equidistant between both Pisa and Florence, and only 20 minutes to the historical town of Lucca. The Montecatini Centro train station is a 15 minute walk from the property or a 3 minute drive. The Montecatini Terme train station is a 7 minute drive from the property. It is 15 minute walk to the city center, supermarket, shops, restaurant and thermal spas. Guest access The entire house and garden are for you to enjoy. Other things to note The price does not include the city tax that needs to be paid on arrival and the final cleaning.
