Alekos House

The house is in a quiet and secluded location at the edge of Milina village, half a kilometre from the seafront. The Lafkos hillside rises steeply behind and the surrounding trees and greenery help to keep the house cool even in really hot weather. This spacious family home has a large garden and only one immediate neighbour. The space The garden is on three levels with a patio area and stone table shaded by orange trees next to the house. The two-storey building is spacious and airy (but there is no air conditioning). The ground floor is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room has a TV (German channels) and DVD player. There is also a small toilet under the stairs. The three bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is a queen size double bed (160 x 200cm) in the main bedroom which is accessed via bedroom 2. Bedroom 2, which has a single bed, is therefore most suitable for a child. A cot for a baby can also be provided on request. There is a small balcony and a desk. The third bedroom is smaller but has a double bed (also 160 x 200cm). The washing machine is in the bathroom. Guest access The entire house and garden are for guests to enjoy. This is a family home where we live for most of the year so just a few storage spaces are private for our personal belongings.
