Welcome to our beautifully restored, cozy two-bedroom Victorian cottage, nestled in the picturesque and peaceful village of Horning—one of the most sought-after locations in the Norfolk Broads. With delightful views of the river and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or friends looking to relax and explore. It offers a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish yet comfortable living area. The space Downstairs is a hallway leading to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and also to the bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms each with a double bed. The front bedroom has views of the river and beautiful sunsets. A Travel cot is provided but you need to bring your own linen for it. There is a patio off of the back bedroom which is a lovely secluded suntrap with a dining table and chairs. The perfect place for a sun downer! Outside is a courtyard for off road parking for 1 car. Other things to note Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability).
