Welcome to our beautifully restored, cozy two-bedroom Victorian cottage, nestled in the picturesque and peaceful village of Horning—one of the most sought-after locations in the Norfolk Broads. It offers a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish yet comfortable living area. The space Downstairs is a hallway leading to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and also to the bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms each with a double bed. The front bedroom has views of the river and beautiful sunsets. There is a patio off of the back bedroom which is a lovely secluded suntrap with a dining table and chairs. The perfect place for a sun downer! Outside is a courtyard for off road parking for 1 car. Other things to note Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability). To give you peace of mind and maintain our standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property. We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.
