First line villa with several terraces situated in the villa area of El Campello, Coveta Fuma. It is a quiet area where Spanish and foreigners live the whole year. As it is located at the first line you will enjoy incredible views to the sea and coast of El Campello to Alicante. From the villa there is a direct access to a very nice and private bay which is only used by the neighborhood. The bay is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The space Walking into the villa you will find in the first floor the entrance, the living – room, a dining – room, kitchen, guest toilet, one bedroom with bathroom en suite and a large terrace with direct access to the swimming pool area. In the second floor there is one bedroom, one bathroom and a large terrace and in the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to another terrace area. With 5 bedrooms we can receive 12 guests, however you can request 2 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay There are in total 7 different terraces with about 300 m2, all with amazing sea views. The house has installed air – conditioning in living room, dining room and all bedrooms. It has an Xbox and ping-pong table. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided. The beautiful beach ”Platja dels Carrabiners “ is exactly 350 m, about 5 minutes on foot. Tram stop 600 m, approx. 10 min walk (direction Benidorm/Denia – El Campello/Alicante), supermarket and restaurants 1,5 km, town of El Campello with beautiful sandy beaches 8 km, Alicante 22 km, Alicante airport 34 km Public transport: Alicante airport to the villa (1h and 30 min): Bus C-6 from Alicante airport to Alicante (Puerta del Mar) approx. 18 min, 13 min walk to the tram stop ''Mercado'' there take the tram towards Denia and exit at ‘’Cala Piteres’’, approx. 33 min. From the tram stop to the villa about 10 minutes on foot (600 m). Other things to note -Bookings cannot be accepted from persons less than 22 years of age at the time of booking.
