The space The 10 m² one-room apartment with fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom (shower/toilet) has a single bed (90x200), seating and flat-screen TV (satellite TV). The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a separate entrance. In the separate kitchen there is everything your heart desires with an electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. There is an outdoor freezer chest available for all guests. Towels and bed linen are included. The apartments are located in an extra house on a residential plot in a quiet location in the small village of Prohn - 8 km north of Stralsund. Each apartment has its own terrace. Parking is available on the premises. A freezer outside is available for all guests. On the property there is a 500 m² open space (lawn), which is ideal for sunbathing and playing. The sitting area in the garden invites you to relax and linger - there is also a barbecue here. For kids, there is a shed full of toys, sandpit and swing, as well as a pool in summer. Furthermore, there are plenty of bicycles available to guests (big bike 4,- Euro per day). We own a tame, child-loving dog, rabbit, a mini pig and two tame cats.   TRAIN STATION TRANSFER! We are happy to pick you up from Stralsund, e.g. from the train station, and drop you off there.
