Vacation home 1 with garden and terrace The space The apartment is 68 m², has a double bedroom and wardrobe, living room with sofa bed and an adjoining room with 2 single beds. The spacious kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen scale, egg cooker, toaster, etc. In the apartment, there is a private washing machine, which is part of the equipment, and the dryer can be used after consultation. The apartment also includes the two parking spaces right next to the entrance, a small garden area with a terrace in front of the kitchen, which can be used not only for cozy barbecues. The bed sheets, pillows and blankets are all fully washable and belong to the apartment furnishings. Our apartments are non-smoking apartments and are located in a quiet location next to a small farm that is no longer actively operated. The apartments are located about 8 km as the crow flies from Regensburg directly on the beautiful Danube above the municipality of Sinzing. The train and bus connections to Regensburg are good and thus all excursion destinations are also easily accessible by public transport.
