The space The castle is located outside the small village of Stavenow, on the edge of the Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Here you can start hiking in the sparsely populated Prignitz - few people, lots of nature. Forest, rivers, meadows... A swimming lake near Lenzen or small sandy beaches on the Elbe. Old cultural landscape. Or explore the surrounding area by bike or car up to the Elbe. Manor houses, field stone churches, castles - the Prignitz has an eventful history that has left many traces. Guest access Each of the 4 apartments has its own entrance, a living room with a small kitchen for small meals. And sometimes (3x) a cozy sofa bed. In all apartments there is a small fireplace. And the large garden around the castle. The bedroom in the apartments is visually separated from the living area. During your stay We castle ghosts are always on site and take care of you and your questions, wishes, concerns. And we are happy when our guests are doing well! In the Löcknitz (200 m) you can swim wonderfully. By bike to the Elbe valley meadows, to the nature-protected Rambower Moor, to Lake Rudow or to the Elbe with small intimate sandy beaches. Other things to note The price is for occupancy with 1-2 people. Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, VAT included in the price. Minimum stay 2 nights.
