The charming little cottage in the countryside

A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet. The space The cottage is located on the edge of the village, entry to the property is through secure gates by code /or badge provided on arrival. There is adequate private parking for 1 or 2 vehicles. The coffee machine in the cottage is a dolce gusto and a cafetière a piston, also there is some tea/coffe & sugar to use on your arrival, also available are some basics which include olive oil / salt & pepper. Guest access There is outside areas at the cottage to relax privately. Other things to note The cottage has a wood burning stove which is a lovely and a cosy addition for you to enjoy during your stay, there are UK freesat and French FTA television channels along with smart tv capabilities eg, NETFLIX & YouTube available, also a selection of dvds to view, puzzles and board games. Additionally there is a single fold out bed available which is located in the bedroom with the extra bed linen stored on the lower shelf of the wardrobe and the double bed measures 1m40 x 2m. The outside area has a table / chairs / loungers and cushions there is a bbq and a selection of outdoor games. Available for use during your stay, I can offer 2 folding bikes & helmets. Strictly no charging electric vehicles from the cottage supply, the nearest charging point is in the village. With other charging points in the parking at the carrefour supermarket in Tinchebray (5km)
