Beautiful 2 Bedroom house in Broughton Astley

A beautiful, spacious, 2 bedroom house with a large front garden and a pretty rear garden with decked area. It is modern, light and airy, and it is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. Free WiFi included. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there is a high chair, travel cot and changing mat to make stays for families with young children that little bit easier. There is a Spar, Gregg’s, Chinese takeaway and dessert parlour a 2 minute walk away, and 3 local pubs all within a 10 minute walk. The space The house is very bright and airy being double aspect. It has a large front garden with trees that offer shade on sunny days. It has a pretty rear garden with decking and a grapevine overhead that offers shade in the daytime, and has twinkling fairy lights to add a special, tranquil mood for sitting outside on those warm summer evenings. We do all the cleaning, washing and ironing ourselves, we like to make sure it is perfect and has a personal touch! The house will be thoroughly cleaned by myself before your visit using anti-bacterial products, disinfectant and bleach. Guest access Guests can use the whole house, the front and rear gardens, just not the garage which will be locked. Other things to note There is a counter-top freezer available, but this will need to be requested when booking so I can get it set up ready for your arrival. If you require the travel cot or the extra “put up” bed, please request when booking so I can have them made up ready for your arrival.
