Great and spacious chalet (40m2) furnished for families with up to 3 children. We are a family of 4 (girl of 6 and boy of 4 years) who like to share their lovely quiet place with other young families and/or couples. The site where the chalet is located, the Koggeplaet is a nice and small park whose marina is directly on the largest lakes of Friesland: the Fluessen and the Heegermeer. Around the park itself, it is also possible to rent a boat or SUP, for example. The space The chalet is located on its own land, has two beautiful spacious terraces so you almost always have sun and is (a child-safe distance of) a 2-minute walk from the water and the marina. The chalet is fully equipped with mosquito nets. So you can leave everything open without worries after a warm summer day. Immediately after the entrance is a cozy living room with TV, comfortable sofa and large round table with 4 chairs and a triptrap high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, combi oven, fridge and dishwasher). Also plenty of children's cutlery and dishes are provided. Nespresso and milk frother are provided. The master bedroom has a spacious bed (160 cm) with Swiss Sense mattress, night lights, shelves and sockets. The children's room has a bunk bed (80 cm), also with Swiss Sense mattresses and extra space for a camping bed (available). Each bed has a reading light, shelf and power outlets. For the lower bed, a Pinolino bed rail is provided. The upper bed has a high raised edge and is accessible via a beautiful black steel ladder (not shown in the photo). Simple but spacious bathroom. Tummy tub and changing mat provided. Large selection of indoor and outdoor toys available for children from 0 to 6 years old. In the garden, there is a nice lounge set with coffee table and outdoor fireplace. Furthermore, you can eat outside at the spacious picnic table, and when it is dark, you can turn on the cozy lighting. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a swim. There is a beach and harbor a few minutes' walk away, at the park. Netflix and all other smart TV options are available. No direct cable connection. Bedding and towels There is one extra set of bed linen per bed. There are plenty of towels per person. Guest access Parking is free in the parking lot. Maximum 1 car in the parking lot, extra cars can be parked 150 meters from the park. Other things to note Because we ourselves can often be found in this cottage, there are some of our own belongings in the wardrobes and refrigerator, for example. We assume that our belongings will be treated with respect. If a booking is made for a longer period, we will make sure the refrigerator is completely empty.
