House with a view and private pool

Our beautiful stonehouse offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. From the terrace one can watch the yachts and ferries entering and clearing the port. Serifos´ special attractions are many sandy beaches all around the island and the charming Chora. The space This is a large and spacious house, open and airy with lots of windows giving plenty of natural light and providing wonderful views from all rooms. Adjacent to the house is a large 12.0 m x 4.5 m private swimming pool with a breathtaking view surrounded by a lovely stone terrace with pergola. Delightfully furnished in simple and elegant Cycladic style, this is an extremely comfortable house with all facilities. The house has six bedrooms for guests and six bathrooms, and would host up to eleven people. In addition, there is an extra bedroom (twin) for staff (on the ground floor). Six bedrooms : 4 double bedrooms, which include : A Master Bedroom with en-suite full bathroom (on the ground floor), two double bedrooms (upstairs), and a fourth double bedroom with en-suite shower room in a semi-detached guest house. One bedroom with 2 beds and one single bedroom (upstairs). Six bathrooms : One en-suite full bathroom with the Master Bedroom, one en-suite shower room with double room in the semi-detached guest house plus three shower rooms and wcs and 1 separate wc. All guestrooms are equipped with Mitsubishi Electric cool A++ split-type ductless air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. The living room has a ceiling fan. Large and spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen. Very well equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and all facilities. Outside Facilities : Terraces. Other things to note Linen and towels supplied, cook / maid services available at an extra cost, a chef could be recommended. This property is available for 6 persons at a lower rate during early or late season - please enquire. We have a policy of 6 nights minimum stay. WIFI : As there is no land line, unlimited data cannot be provided, internet connection for the communication convenience of guests is offered for standard reasonable use, this is up to say 1 GB per day, but the service cannot be guaranteed. LOCATION & ACCESS TO THE HOUSE : The house offers privacy being located off the rural village of Rammos. Access to the house by non-asphalt roads. Need a car to enjoy the island and its many beautiful beaches. Upon booking, host can provide info on car rental. There is no airport on Serifos. The quickest way to reach the island is to fly to Athens, transfer to the port of Piraeus and take either a ferry (4 hours) or a high speed ferry (2.5 hours). There are also ferry connections to other islands including Sifnos, Kythnos, Syros, Folegandros, Santorini. For compliance purposes guests would be asked to fill in and accept a general terms doc.
