Unique accommodation in an old school on the fantastic Kulla Peninsula (Jonstorp) The house was built in 1912 and was a school for over 50 years. In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean. The space The perfect accommodations for several families or larger groups. With us you get the opportunity to live in a fantastic environment in the countryside surrounded by apple fields. The accommodation has a fantastic space with high ceilings. We rent out the entire 1st floor of 250 square meters, which consists of 3 bedrooms and a private large living room with kitchen. In bedroom 2 : there is a double bed 160cm In bedroom 3 : there is a 180cm double bed. In bedroom 1 : there is one double bed, one 105cm bed and a bunk bed. If you want to be a little active, there is a table tennis table for those who wish to play. In the large living room there is a sofa group and a large dining table. There are two private bathrooms with showers. As a guest, you have your own entrance and private garden with patio at the front of the house. We who rent out are a happy family with 2 children aged 9 and 14 who like life and movement. This summer it’s only Anders living on second floor.
