Vineyard Cottage Naja

The Cottage is located in a peaceful and hilly environment, surrounded with intact nature, that allows you to have relaxed vacation. The estate consists of 90 square meters living area and 7000 square meters surroundings, where you can enjoy in privacy. It has a beautiful covering open terrace with an amazing view. The house is located only 20 minutes away from Spa Šmarješke Toplice and 30 minutes away from Spa Dolenjske Toplice and Čatež. The space The house has two floors. Ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, brick stove...), a living-dining room, furnished in an old fashioned way and a half bathroom with a washing machine. On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom contains 1 king bed and a sofa bed with cable TV. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Between Ground floor and first floor we have no internal staircase. Included: WIFI, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, bed linen. The outdoor space with 7000 square meters cosists of a covering open terrace, outdoor fireplace at the back of the house surrounded by 3000 square meters of forest and a covered parking space. LOCATION: Slovenia is a small country so you can access many beautiful destinations (all by car): - the city of Novo mesto and Otočec Castle 15 minutes away, - Spa Šmarješke Toplice 20 minutes away, - Spa Dolenjske Toplice, spa Čatež and Mokrice Castle 30 minutes away, - Ljubljana 40 minutes away, - Bled, Postojna cave and Zagreb 75 minutes away, - Slovenia coast Piran, Portorož, Koper 2h away. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and estate.
