The space 🏡 Your Space: The kitchenette is on the first floor (stairs) of a charming residence with 9 private units. It has a rustic and welcoming décor, with natural elements and details in hardwood and stone, typical of buildings from the 1980s. ✨ What you can find in your private space: ✔ Comfortable double bed (bagged spring mattress) Netflix ✔ TV ✔ Private balcony with chairs and table ✔ Mini equipped kitchen (sink, cooktop, microwave, fridge, plates, cups, glasses, pots and basic utensils) ✔ Table for meals or work ✔ Guarda-roupas ✔ Private Bathroom Laundry ✔ sink, with clothesline and ironing Wi-Fi ✔ Internet shared with good speed (2G with 15 to 35MB, also being able to access the 5G network of up to 250MB near the door), two networks available TIM and Claro. The main door is equipped with an electronic lock, and each guest receives an individual code to enter with convenience and security. The studio is on the first floor, accessible by stairs. On this floor, we have 4 independent apartments. 🚫 Important: no outside visitors are allowed in the property. The place is exclusive to the guests registered in the reservation. Restricted common🏊‍♂️ areas: The backyard and pool are part of the house's private area and are not available for guest use. For reservations on these dates, we kindly ask you to contact us before requesting the reservation, so we can ensure a smooth experience from the start. 🚪 Access to the property Our property is in a residential street with access control made by the guardhouse at the entrance. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to identify yourself to ensure your entry without setbacks. 🚗 Parking We offer 4 rotating spaces (3 covered and 1 discovery). Spots are not exclusive per apartment, but there is usually room. And if they're all busy, it's easy to park on the street. Welcome 🧼 Kit On your arrival, you will find a starter kit with hygiene, cleaning and kitchen essentials. It was designed to facilitate the first moments of your stay. Repositions are up to the guest for the remainder of the accommodation. 👶 Children and Infants We receive children and babies with affection, but the space is not adapted for babies (no safety nets, cribs or safety items). Camas are prepared for adults and children only. Baby-specific items must be brought in by the guardians. 🎥 Security We have security cameras monitoring the outdoor and common areas (gate, stairs, corridors, entrance doors, yard and garage), the cameras are active and recording, are in continuous operation, for greater peace of all guests. 🏡 About the House Our house was constructed in the 80s and preserves all the charm of the time, with details in hardwood, natural stones and slate floors. 4 floors and 9 private apartments, with great care in each corner to maintain a welcoming and rustic atmosphere. Surrounded by green area and close to the zoo of Salvador, the environment is quiet and full of life, ideal for those who want to relax with tranquility, even if they are close to everything. 🐦 Nature Around Being so close to nature has its charms and unusual visitors. It is common to see birds, peaks, monkeys, porcupines, reptiles, rodents, insects and other unusual visitors to the local fauna. We are at the heart of the Atlantic Forest Biome — and this is part of the local charm 🌳 As is typical of Salvador, especially in green areas, mosquitoes may appear on some times of the year. We suggest bringing repellent to ensure your comfort. 🐶 Our Dogs We have dogs of the Shepherd Maremano Abrusês who live in the yard, in a separate area of the apartments. They can be seen through the windows, but they do not have access to the guest areas. They are part of our routine and the welcoming atmosphere of the house. ♻️ Caridados com o Espaço Our goal is to offer an always clean and pleasant environment.
