Located on the owners grounds, thoughtful additional extras can be provided at the owners discretion where possible making the full stay an extra special experience. However the immaculately maintained gardens as shown to the public as part of Barlow Open Gardens can be dressed and lit at no extra cost. Use of the Main Garden and BBQ /Zen Area is available to all guest once during their stay [ lighting and cushions etc. provided] This is by special request - At least Two days’ notice required. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with beams and vaulted ceiling. 2 double bedrooms, one (accessed via 4 steps) with additional single (for alternative sleeping) Although we will ask for an extra £10 cash towards the service if you feel the need to use the extra bed (single in blue room) . Shower room with toilet. Gas wood burner in living room. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair on request. Freeview TV. DVD. Sound system with surround sound. Induction hob. Combi microwave/oven/grill. Shared use of washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer in external utility room, however we would ask for only one wash and dry during your stay, any more will incur a charge of £5 per load. Wi-fi. Guest access The zen area and outdoor fire can be lit once during your stay upon request NB logs/coal are not provided. This area is available at the owners desecration. Please note this area is not available if the owners are not present. Please note Dogs are not allowed in the garden as the owners feisty Spaniel will not be happy! Other things to note The Loft bedroom and en-suite is rented separately above the Barn therefore voices may transfer.
