A comfortable quiet rural well equipped self catering home for up to two guests ! Note we are not in the centre of birmingham however not difficult to get there or any of the local tourist attractions Small outdoor patio area with chairs and table to relax , in a garden setting Free WiFi Own entrance , free off street parking on the drive The space Comfortable,cosy home with kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Lounge with tv and dining area. Rainfall shower in wet room , bedroom with Juliette balcony looking over fields with a double bed . Located in Kings Norton ,Birmingham area , although rural, and quiet most times, the double glazed ,centrally heated home is close to all types of amenities and transport, it is preferable to have your own transport however not essential Very close to M42, M40 and M5 , and same road as Thornborough Farm and The Hayes for summer time events Guest access Guests have parking space/s,access to the home is through a locked gate then entrance to home. Keys will be provided for gate and entrance door. If check in arrival time is expected to be later than stated please let me know before booking Other things to note Tea ,sugar and coffee for that first drink on arrival All bed linen Hand and bath towels with face cloths Shampoo and soap WiFi - code in House Manual (blue folder) or Airbnb listing All provided Laundry - wash and dry only £5 per load if needed The property is for up to two guests only , if more than two people arrive the extra people will be asked to leave unless other arrangements have been made with me The property is not suitable for children/infants due to there being no doors to either end of the staircase, also balustrade in the bedroom area which for me I would consider to be a safety issue The property is not in the city centre of Birmingham ! However its not a problem to get into the city centre easily. Most of my guests want a quieter stay anyway but it is a rural area - I love it and hope you will !
