The top floor apartment of a traditional stone house right on the waterfront! The balcony is literally above the sea! There is no other property on the island like this one! Traditional on the outside, fully renovated with all modern comforts inside. Spacious living room with a big comfy couch, full amenities, thick mattresses and soft pillows. Easy sea access and just a 3 minute walk to the town square. Discounts! -50% for children till age 8. Discount! for renting both floors! Just ask! The space Dear guests, this a unique property. There is no other balcony so close to the water, in the whole island. And you only have to walk around the house to take a dive. But the house itself is impressive as well. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Pots and pans, all kinds of cooking tools (yes, we even have a garlic press) and all essential appliances. Oven, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, kettle. There is a washing machine for laundry in the utility room and we also provide beach towels, so you don't need to pack those. Shampoo and shower gel are on us as well.And a hairdryer of course. You just bring your flip flops. The balcony is over the water, but please don't dive of it, as the water is pretty shallow there (around 1.2m). Just go out the front door and around the house. There is a deck and a ladder there, a shower and beach chairs for later. The A/C units are beasts and will cool the place down in a matter of minutes, though you'll quickly find out that most days (August is an exception) you hardly need them. The walls are really thick and if you keep the windows open the sea breeze regulates the temperature just fine. We've got pull down nets on all the windows and doors, so you may keep the windows open all day and night long and not worry about pesky insects getting in. I strongly advise keeping the nets drawn down at all times, especially after dusk. The town square is just a short walk away (3 mins) and as you are on sea level there are not a lot of steps to manage. There's always the option of a professional carrier (more than a few operate on the island). The'll carry your luggage and supplies to the house for 5 euro.
