La Licina "Il Tartufo" Spoleto

Il Tartufo ha accesso dal vicolo, ha un soggiorno/pranzo con la sua zona cucina, un corridoio che porta alle camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una tripla molto spaziosa. Tutta la casa affaccia sulla campagna. Il bagno è completo di doccia e due lavabi. Si può naturalmente mangiare all’esterno sulla bella terrazza dove si gode di una splendida vista. Può essere condivisa con i proprietari. Il Tartufo ha il riscaldamento, il WI-FI gratuito, ed uso di una lavanderia. Staying at La Licina is like staying in an ancient Umbrian hamlet, with two separate and independent buildings divided by an alleyway with views towards the surrounding countryside. In the oldest of the two buildings, where the owners live, there is a small private chapel dating back to 1699. The property is surrounded by four hectares of olive groves, as well as oak and hazel trees under which truffles grow. Only two kilometers from La Licina is the city of Spoleto. Its very ancient history and the importance of its monuments, from both the early Middle Ages and the Renaissance, make it one of the main Umbrian touristic attractions. The guests’ apartments have recently been refurbished keeping with the local Umbrian character. They comprise of two independent flats, La Ginestra and Il Tartufo, each with their private outdoor space. The swimming pool is in the middle of the olive groves, 50 metres from the houses.Open June-September
