My place is a 50 m² apartment with its own entrance and balcony. Workplace with screen available, Wi-Fi, TV. Parking is available on the street, accessible via a sidewalk. The location is great, quiet, yet only 15 minutes to the city center 👣 This apartment is ideal for two adults. Sleeping places and dishes... are available for four people. PLEASE NOTE: If children are coming, please specify age so that the apartment is child-friendly The space Via a balcony leading to the entrance, you enter the living room, equipped with a couch, coffee table, storage space and TV. A small hallway leads to the very well-equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a table with chairs and a Ligne Roset sofa bed 140 x 200 cm The kitchen is very bright and offers a beautiful view over the city and the adjacent green areas. Next door is the bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 1.40 cm width. A crib can be easily placed there if necessary. Guest access Guests have their own balcony with seating, table and deck chair. It is possible to place a clothes rack on the balcony and air the clothes. On request, you can barbecue outside. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers, of course also for families with children. Children under 2 years of age don't pay anything for me. For families, please clarify what is needed in terms of additional furniture, games, and so on. Playgrounds and a golf course are close by. Home office possible. The apartment is located away from the street, but parking is still possible on the street and can be reached via a walkway. I am happy to help with the bike rental. Pets are not allowed.
