Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house. The space I am very happy to share my garden with guests for their quiet enjoyment. There is ample parking on my gated drive. Guest access Access to Rutland Water is via a gate at the bottom of the paddock. Other things to note The back door and Tack Room is shared by the Hostess.
