Normandy house renovated, in front of the forest

Normandia style refurbished house next to the forest in a typical and very quiet village. 1 hour away in car from the beaches. ideal for a large family or several ones. This house is specially appreciated for the very natural surrounding, the vast garden, the very quiet environment while being in the confort zone of a village. The space Those seeking tranquility, nature, authenticity / people in search of a quiet place in the middle of nature. House is ancient and typical but also recently renovated with much bigger windows. Our electricity is 100% renewable (Enercoop provider). Sheets and towels are not included and can be added on demand A huge Trampoline is a game changer for kids. Badminton games in the large garden also possible... Swimming is possible at "base de loisirs de Brionne" which is 19km away. A nice lac with beaches and infrastructures... The sea is 65km away. Guest access a tennis court is accessible in the village with our keys 300m away - a public ping pong table is also available there. A place for kids Inside a small park 50m away. There you can play "pétanque" Inside a special court in the village. A lot of Sport items available inside the house for the kids... in the garden. while the big trampoline in the garden is clearly THE attraction for little ones... Other things to note We and our kids love our house that is fully renovated now, and we are glad to share it when we are not here. The house has 4G wifi. SFR mobile network works well unlike others. in such case preferable to connect to wifi. Booking outside the summer time : Possible although the house can be cold. The two room upstairs are isolated and can be heated. The other rooms are not so well isolated. They can be heated but can sometimes remain cold such as the big room in front of the chimney. Heaters are available in each room but are sometimes not enough to reach 20degC. People in search for confort or specially sensitive to temperature should therefore avoid renting in those two periods. No problem at all in Summer though. on request, a sheet & towel kit per bed can be rented for 15 euros per single bed, 25 per double bed. Contents of the kit: one bottom sheet, one duvet cover, one pillowcase per person, two towels per person.
