Apartment on the lake with patio/garden and pier

The apartment is located at the ground floor a beautiful villa with direct access on Iseo Lake, Pier, Promenade on the lake and Garage. The apartment can host up to 4 people and all the openair area in front of the apartment is at your complete disposal. The apartment has air conditioning, flat tv screen, cable tv, wi-fi, private pier, promenade and all the comforts that can be needed (towels, bed sheets, air dryer are included) CIR CODE: 016174-CNI-00001 The space The Apartment of 80 sqm + 30 of patio at the ground floor of the villa. The apartment is made of 2 bedroom both with a king size bed, a kitchen, 2 dining tables inside the apartment and 2 outside. The apartment has a private garden in front of the patio where the hosts can enjoy the sun. The promenade and the pier allows the guests to swim into the lake. The patio is covered by electric awnings in order to allow our guest to enjoy it at any time during the day. The patio and the garden are at total and exclusive disposal of our guests in order to guarantee the complete privacy. Guest access The house is reachable by car, that can be parked in the private box inside the villa, by bike using the bicycle path along the lake, or by boat using the private pier in front of the house. Other things to note Very close to: Franciacorta Wine Region, Monteisola (the biggest island in the european lake) and a lot of other things to do. Possibility to plan a boat ride on Iseo Lake on request (Cost depends on the itinerary decided with the guest and on the number of people). Late check in (after 8 PM) costs 30€. Pets are NOT allowed depending on the size. Docking a boat on the private pier is not allowed, except for people load and unload. A boat dock can be arranged in a shipyard closed to the villa. The city of predore requests a tax of 0,5€ a day (up to 10 days) for each host older than 13 years old. This tax will be required at your check-in.
