Surrounded by amazing walks and scenery, the enclosed garden leads down to a securely fenced area where your 4 legged friends are free to roam. A private footpath leads down past the farm to the river, where it joins the network of public footpaths. We can provide the perfect venue for you to unwind and enjoy. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and grounds, including sitting room, dining room and snug all with open fires. Well equipped Kitchen, pantry, and downstairs WC & cloakroom. Private parking for 6 cars plus additional parking space below the house, small enclosed paddock for exercising dogs and private footpath to the river. Make the most of your stay and blow the cobwebs away on one of our many fabulous walks from the doorstep. Other things to note The hot tub is provided by Peter at Don't forget the towells at an extra cost of £180. We can pass on his contact details on booking. Please let us know if you plan to bring up to 2 dogs. We ask they aren't allowed upstairs or on the furniture or left unattended in the property.
