The space Sparrowhawk Lodge is tucked away at the edge of the farm, with a private veranda overlooking the fishing lake and out to the Chiltern Hills — French doors open straight from the living area, so the hot tub and lake views are never more than a few steps away. Curl up by the flame-effect electric fire on cooler evenings, or dine al fresco on the veranda when the weather's kind. Unwind in the hot tub with its own Bluetooth sound system, or the sauna and rainfall shower in your en-suite bathroom, then cool off at the shared sun terrace — ten loungers centred around an old farm well, around 100 years old, now fitted with a cold-water rainfall shower after storm damage to the roof.
