Garden Annex in Haslemere

Welcome to our peaceful annex, set in a lovely garden behind our family home. The property is located in a quiet, private lane, with woodland opposite. It's perfect for exploring the local area, with countless stunning walking routes in all directions. The space The annex has patio doors opening into a studio style room with a wardrobe, double bed, TV, table and chairs, and a small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, and kitchen essentials. There is also a separate shower room with toilet, sink and shower. Outside, guests can use a patio area with table and chairs. Access is through the garden, down some steps off the driveway, onto the lawn then around the side of the house to the back of the garden (automatic floodlights show the way at night). Parking is always available on the lane opposite the house. Haslemere is a lovely market town, nestled on the edge of the Surrey Hills and the South Downs, both Areas of Outstanding National Beauty. For example, the National Trust's Devil's Punchbowl, with stunning views, is around a 45 minute cross-country hike from the property crossing just one country lane. There are some great local pubs including The Mill (less than 10 mins walk) and the Station House (20 mins walk). The local shops in Shottermill include an M&S Foodhall, Tesco, cafe's, ice cream parlour, and local independent shops, all within 10 mins walk. Haslemere High Street (1.5 miles away) offers further options including a Waitrose, cafe's and shops. Lion Green, which hosts events including Haslemere's Fringe Festival, Food Festival, and Open Air Cinema, is located less than 10 mins walk away.
