The Trullo is furnished to make it comfortable. It features a large heated pool (24°C from April 15th to October 15th), a Jacuzzi for 5 people (heated at max 38° for a fee). The bedrooms are quiet. It has radiator heating and air conditioning. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The area in front of the Trullo is completely private and has a locking gate. A beautiful outdoor deck with table, chairs, and a barbecue is available. Electric vehicle charging is available. The space These Trulli have two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, and a beautiful outdoor patio equipped with a table, chairs, and barbecue. This private outdoor space is filled with flowers, and is surrounded by a grape pergola. Guest access Our property has three separate homes that can accommodate up to three families. They are separate from each other, each with its own private area, ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility. There are also common areas open to all: the swimming pool, solarium, Jacuzzi, garden, vegetable garden, tree house, yoga and fitness room, bike rental, and more. Other things to note We are an eco-sustainable facility, minimizing plastic use. We generate our own electricity with photovoltaic panels and hot water with thermal panels, and have an electric car charging point. Breakfast is not included, but can be requested for an additional fee. We can also provide beach/pool towels for an additional fee. The washing machine is available for a fee, €5 per load. Bike rental and Jacuzzi heating are also available for an additional fee. A tourist tax, imposed by the Municipality, is required: €1 per day for the first 5 days for guests over 12 years of age.
