The property is located strategically across from the scenic Qarun lake. Boutique shops & restaurants can be found along a 20 min walk, with famous spots such as Kom el Dikka & Lazib Inn only minutes away.   The studio overlooks a beautiful spacious garden where one can relax and enjoy the lush greenery and flowers, lounge by the pool in the sun or dine al fresco style in the patio. A fire pit can be used to warm chilly winter nights or as a grill. There is an additional outdoor bathroom for convenience. The studio includes a semi-partitioned bedroom (double bed), a bathroom, kitchen and a living room with 2 couches that can accommodate sleeping 2 guests . The rooftop is also accessible as a private outdoor space. It is suitable for families or couples. Please note - this establishment is for enjoyment only. No commercial photoshoots are accepted. The residence is secured and gated, with ample car parking space. Transportation and booking activities can also be arranged with the staff.
