Perfect for those who want to get out of town and have a quiet and comfortable time in a beautiful environment! We promise that here you will relax and sleep well under mangled sheets. The space Very charming, nature-friendly summer house in Ljusvattnet, FREE WIFI. 10 minutes from Burträsk and 35 minutes from Skellefteå. In Skellefteå, there is a wide range of shopping, restaurants, airport, golf course, paddle track and many other activities. The living area is about 35 sqm. Large plot with lawn with plenty of space for outdoor activities. The cottage consists of a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area, stove. Bedroom with 2 beds. For more than two visitors, there is a sofa bed for two in the living room. Toilet. Wifi. TV. Private fresh shower is located in nearby building. Own water of good quality. Barbecue available as well as outdoor furniture for cozy summer evenings. About 300 meters to the lake (Fishing lake: pike, perch, roach). Possibility to rent a boat and raft. Approx. 2 km to a nice swimming area and sauna, barbecue area. Hiking trails. Berry picking (cloudberries, blueberries, wild raspberries, lingonberries). Several barbecue areas are available around the lake. Coop, pharmacy, health center, pizzeria, inn, long sandy beach, etc. are located in Burträsk (10 minutes by car). We recommend a visit to Burträsk indoor market where locally produced goods can be purchased. During the summer, many nice activities are organized in Burträsk and the surrounding area: including "Burträskmarknaden", fiddlers' gatherings, log dances, art week, flea markets, cozy cafes with entertainment. Burträsk is also known for its dairy, which is the only one in the world that can produce the famous Västerbotten cheese. Other Things to Note: Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The beds are made. Upon departure, the laundry is placed in the laundry basket. No shoes in the house please.
