Beautiful apartment in a villa by the sea with garden

This well-appointed and comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful villa and just a block away from the coastal town of Ezzahra. This enclosed house offers a large patio and garden so you can enjoy your morning coffee while surrounded by lush vegetation, palm trees and the occasional hen that may have laid your breakfast egg. The space This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This large apartment is very well appointed and very pleasant to stay in. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, as well as a beautiful outdoor garden to stretch out and find your own space. Our location in Ezzahra (means flower) is about a 30-minute drive from the airport and a taxi should cost 25 EUR. The Villa is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, the post office and two private medical offices. The city train station is about a 1 km walk. Guest access The owners of the property, Mohammad and his wife Najette live upstairs and are very friendly and kind people. Other things to note Taxis are affordable and faster than the train and are easily available 24 hours a day. For your information, taxis are cheaper during the day than at night. The sea is 200 meters from the house and has a nice promenade for a walk at sunrise or sunset. There are also two bikes to borrow. There is a 50 m indoor swimming pool right across from the Villa. It offers swimming lengths for an hour, usually early in the morning, noon and evening. However, to use the pool, you must purchase a one-month subscription at a rate of about 70 Dinars (€20). If you are staying a week, it would certainly be worth it. The tennis courts are on the other side of the building. If you like to explore, then the colorful and eclectic artist village of Sidi Bou Said is a must! While you stroll through this charming city, don't forget to try a fresh, hot donut… the best in Tunisia! Visiting the ancient Roman ruins of the city of Cartage is also worth it. The taxi ride takes about 40 minutes and costs about €25. Consider hiring an experienced guide for a half-day or full-day excursion to visit downtown and the souk of Tunis, the Roman ruins of Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. You will learn a lot about the vibrant, turbulent and historic culture of this region.
