Just 1 mile from the beach, Tughall Steads is nestled between Newton by the Sea and Beadnell. Just a 5 minute drive gets you to both. Tughall Steads is a former coastal farm steading surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy! The space Old Farm workers cottage set in a small farm hamlet with other cottages and barn conversions. Peaceful setting only 5 minutes drive away from the busier area of Beadnell and Newton by the Sea. Nearest pub and restaurants are 5 minutes drive away. Sleeps 4 comfortably but can sleep 6, with 2 in the bedroom with en-suite loo and 4 in the family room, one double bed and 2 singles. Also ideal for a romantic getaway, two couples, or a girly weekend break!. Only one bathroom but the main bedroom has an ensuite toilet and sink. Garden is enclosed so perfect for a toddler or dog. There is an outside covered pergola with festoon lights for a cosy evening drink! Set in the perfect spot to explore the wonderful Northumbrian coastline. We have lovingly restored the cottage that we have had the joy of owning for 17 years . It has a cool contemporary vibe which makes you want to kick back and chill! Guest access Guests get the whole cottage to themselves, Enclosed garden, and a covered outdoor pergola and seating area. Lovely for eating outside or an evening drink under the fairy lights! There is an allocated parking area too. Other things to note Although this is a single story property, there are 2 steps up to the lounge from the hall and 2 steps up to the bathroom from the hallway. The property has a king bed in one room, and a double and two singles in the family room. Cowslip is an old farm workers cottage set on a working farm so the shepherdess can be heard passing the cottage on her quad bike going about her farming!
