A well-loved family house which has been home to five generations. Most of the house has been newly renovated 2013-2015. It is located on its own on the island of Torsö with a vast garden and a stunning view of lake Vänern from the spacious terrace. The space The house has an exceptional location with a stunning panoramic view of the lake. At the same time it is protected by forest. The garden is vast and invites to games and relaxation. The large terrace is the given place to spend time during summer days, eat outside, barbecue and take it easy. Most of the house has been renovated over the last couple of years, and combines modern comfort with old charm and atmosphere. The house is perfect for families as there are plenty of activities, a sandpit for small children, swings and a football goal for the slightly older ones, and a variety of games which can be used by guests during their stay. A sandy beach is only minutes away, as well as a restaurant open during the summer (a larger selection of restaurants is 20 minutes away by car). Guest access The house has three floors. The two bedrooms are upstairs, together with a living room and bathroom with shower and bath tub. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. The kitchen downstairs is brand new since July 2015 and is very well equipped and modern (dishwasher, microwave etc). Downstairs there is also the spacious and cosy dining / living room which opens up to the terrasse, a toilet and the entrance / hallway. The washing machine is located in the basement.
