Rural cottage, stunning views of the South Downs

A delightful period cottage in a lovely quiet countryside setting overlooking fields with stunning views of the South Downs. Surrounded by great walks, the picturesque town of Lewes 6 miles away and a highly rated pub a mile down the lane. Other local landmarks include Plumpton race course, Glyndebourne opera and the village of Ditchling. Brighton is 10 miles by car or two stops on the train.The nearest train stations are Burgess Hill or Plumpton Green. The space The cottage has recently been refurbished, with new kitchen, new carpets, painting throughout and brand new beds. It is ideal for a couple in the Queen sized double and the second bedroom is perfect for kids with two single beds (one is a pull out bed which slots under the main single). TV does have all free sat channels, plus DVD player with selection of films. Guest access Space for 2 cars outside cottage. No access to main garden, but cottage does have it's own private garden with charcoal BBQ ( please provide own charcoal) and table/chairs. Other things to note Mobile signal is good for most networks and we do now have mobile 4g wi fi.
