It has a garage for 2 cars, a large balcony and a backyard area for a barbeque. It is located 200 meter from the Mofetta, 850 meters from the ski area and the Balu Adventure Park, 600 meter from the town center and grocery shop, 780 meters from the ice-skating ring. The space The house is built using natural materials: natural rock base, wood walls, clay tiles, and the best possible workmanship. The inside is made comfortable with attention even to the last details: the wood stairs, the wide sofa, the rocking armchairs, the soft bed mattresses, Equipped with electrical in-floor heating on both levels, you can walk around barefoot and feel the warmth of the floor. The floor heating is perfectly combined with the centrally placed self-standing fireplace, that will heat the house and charm you with the ambiance it creates. Drinking your morning coffee or sunbathing on the balcony, relaxing in front of the huge balcony window/door or in front of the fire, preparing hot wine or a fresh tea, wherever you will be in the house, whatever you will do, it will be nice and relaxing - the perfect place for a vacation away from the crowd. Guest access You can move in, relax and enjoy the whole house. You only share the house with the people you came with, nobody else will disturb. Under the house is a two-car garage, but you can also park on the driveway or on the street, it is always free and available. There is a large balcony/terrace in front of the house, equipped with outdoor furniture in the summer. You can also make barbeque at the base of the stairs or in the backyard of the house, which is a shared area for the two houses. Other things to note The hot water is made by an electric boiler of a given capacity, when it is used intensely, it might take little time to heat up again to the desired temperature. In the last 8-9 year we did not see bears in the chalet's area.
