Dive into the sea ...

Direct entry in the sea is 15 km from Palermo. On the road there is a private parking of the villa. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms (from two you can see the sea and equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans), a toilet complete with a shower cubicle (with a hairdryer), a toilet without a shower, a toilet with shower in the under-terrace, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen and outdoor spaces around the villa. There is a terrace on the sea furnished with outdoor furniture (parasol, table with wooden chairs, small sofa and armchairs, and reclining rocking chair. In the kitchen there is a fridge, a gas cooker (with a tank placed outside the house), a dishwasher, a toaster, a washing machine, plates, glasses, cutlery,  pots, pans, coffee maker, cups, ironing board and iron). In the living room there is a three-seater sofa bed (where necessary they can sleep two people), a sofa and two armchairs, a large armchair, a table with four chairs. In the display cabinets you can find plates, glasses and tablecloths. There is a Wi-Fi connection and a landline telephone. There are 4 so arranged air conditioners / heat pumps: two in the living room, one in the yellow bedroom and one in the blue bedroom. In the under-terrace, in addition to the toilet with shower there is another fridge. The condominium staircase leads to the sea. There, available to customers, there is a box where they can leave something they can serve at sea (from the mattress to the 4-meter boat). Also in the box at the sea there is a toilet with shower. In the sea area there are various charming places and coves for your relaxation. The villa can be reached from the Palermo-Catania motorway. After 10 km you must exit at Casteldaccia and you must enter on the highway 113 and continue towards Porticello. At Porticello you must follow the signs for the Hotel Kafara. You will arrive at the Litoranea Sant'Elia after 2 km. Continue for 1 km towards Aspra-Bagheria. On your right (sea side) you will find the civic number 92. Park in the third car park towards Aspra.
