⚠️⚠️ Please read our booking conditions for the distribution of beds so that we can best organize your arrival. Both rooms are only available from the 4th guest David and Nicolas welcome you to their 1850 house located in a small quiet village but close to all amenities and an hour from Paris via the N12, 30 minutes from Chartres and 10 minutes from Maintenon. The space Minors under the age of 18 are not🔞 allowed unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. 🚭no smoking in the whole house, the garden is available for this. 🍽the dining room and kitchen are at your disposal during meal times only (common area of the house) 📹house placed under alarm and video surveillance (common area on the ground floor and garden only) 💻📱📺🗣any noise pollution will not be accepted from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. 7 days a week (except late arrival🤵🏻♂️👰🏼♀️, and baby👶🏻). 👯♂️ no one unknown at the time of booking will be accepted for the entire stay. 👜🧥🥾 all personal belongings should only be stored in bedrooms. Access to the rooms is via a staircase on the ground floor. They are each equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle that you can enjoy as soon as you arrive or wake up with a welcome tray. On request, a baby cot can be set up. As much as possible, we do not rent both rooms simultaneously to people who are not part of the same group, but this can happen only to help out neighbors. Two other owners are permanently present, they are Uguette and Omata (2 Saint Bernards). They are very nice, love caresses and are very well educated. They are fully part of the family, sharing the common areas with us. They are also at home so people who are afraid of animals should refrain from booking with us... ⚠️⚠️⚠️Bedding and access distribution to the different rooms will be based on the number of guests booked: - 2 guests = 1 double bed in the black bedroom - 3 guests = 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) in white bedroom - 4 travelers = a double bed in large bedroom, and double bed in small bedroom - 5 guests = 3 beds in the large and small bedrooms. Therefore, if there are 2 of you and you want to sleep in separate beds, you will need to book for 3 guests while sharing the same room, and if you want to sleep in separate rooms, you will need to book for 4 guests to have access to the large and small rooms separately.
