To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our dog friendly apartments. DOG POLICY: *My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals. *My dog is free of ticks and fleas. *My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the apartment unattended). Crates are welcome. *My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside. *I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste. *I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of ($50) will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds). *I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay. ★Please note that there maybe improvements in process on the property. Guest access There are 2 spaces for vehicle parking in front of the unit. Other things to note This townhouse is NOT equipped with an oven. *We require a signed Rental Agreement for all reservations.* You’ll have everything that you need to serve up your meals with cooking oil, salt, pepper, utensils, plates, and cookware. We provide a starter of basic toiletries for your stay. We don’t deliver or restock additional supplies. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit. NO SMOKING/VAPING IS ALLOWED. Exterior Security Cameras: Angel Rock Rentals uses exterior-only cameras around the complex for guest safety and property security. No cameras record inside any unit. We have other pet friendly townhouses w/garages on the property should you need them. Arches National Park is very busy from March to November. It is best to arrive early morning or make a reservation. Reservations are needed from April 3 to October 31.
