What makes this vacation villa unique is the outdoor scenery and the open view. The villa is standing alone on a prairie and is designed to capture the clear view. The space This vacation villa is built (year 2012) for all year use. It is centrally placed on the south coast of Iceland, close to all the big attractions on the south coast. It is less than 2 hours drive (126 km) from Reykjavik. The house is about 105 square meters and has 2 floors. First floor has one bedroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, water boiler, regular coffeemaker and Nespresso maschine. The living room has a flat screen TV (only one chanel) and DVD-player. Both have USB ports. There is a Libratone Loop speaker with Bluetooth and USB port. Free Wifi internet is available. The bathroom has a washing machine/dryer and a big shower with a view of Eyjafjallajökull. The house is warm and comfortable. On the first floor all rooms have floor heating. On the second floor, there are panel radiators in every room. Towels and linen are included. Accommodates up to 7 people plus a cot. LICENSES The house has all required licenses from the authorities (licenses LG-REK-014825) and is registered on Syðri-Rot EHF Guest access The whole house is available for the guests. The storage room on the second floor is closed for the guests. It mainly stores the hosts personal things. On the side of the house is a red garage with carport. Guests are welcome to use the carport. The indoor garage is closed.
