Live in the winery on the Deutsche Weinstraße Furnished 2 ZKB approx. 80 sqm currently can accommodate 3-4 people. Our guest rooms in the guest house are also available. Almost amid the vineyards in Asselheim is our winery. From here you can start beautiful hiking tours. A vineyard tour also has its charms by e-bike (rental) or even by Segway. The glass of wine in the pergola invites you to stay. Animals on request (additional fee if applicable) The space Ground floor apartment with separate entrance in a two-family home. One entrance level can be easily crossed, otherwise everything is accessible. A large kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, large living room with couch, a foldaway bed (3rd sleeping accommodation) and possibly an extra bed let live generously in the apartment. The bathroom has a walk-in large shower with toilet and is equipped with a hair dryer. In the laundry room/chamber there is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron In the neighboring house, our guest rooms (double room with shower/toilet) are available. Please make a request Guest access The entrance of the apartment is located in the middle of the winery. The guest rooms are accessible by a staircase on the first floor. The pergola can be used with pleasure. You can also park in the yard, if there is space, otherwise you will always find a place on the street. Other things to note The accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults. An extra bed is only suitable for one child. Discount on long-term rentals; shorter periods are also possible (less than 4 nights), but with a one-time final cleaning fee of 45 euros. If pets are brought, please bring everything for them and do not leave the animal(s) alone in the apartment. Please register, and if necessary, final cleaning fees (45 euros) will be charged.
