This property is within a 1 mile radius of multiple grocery stores, pharmacies and a diverse selection of dining establishments. It offers easy access to the interstate, just 3 minutes away, and only 12 minutes from downtown, the scenic Tennessee River, the majestic Lookout Mountain and numerous outdoor activities. This home is located in a suburban community. By renting, you agree to no loud parties/music and to observe community quiet hours after 10pm. Absolutely no fireworks of any kind are allowed on this property, they are illegal in East Ridge. Guest access The entire home Other things to note We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home. We understand that some guests may wish to smoke or vape during their stay, which is why we've provided a designated outdoor area on the patio for your convenience. Please note that if we find any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the house, such as a lingering smell, ashes, or burns, we will charge a deep cleaning fee. We also do not allow pets in the home due to the owners severe fur and dander allergies. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a deep cleaning fee will be added. We hope you understand that this is necessary to ensure that our home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests.
