A room in town in the countryside2

I propose 2 double rooms with sweet breakfast (2 different ads). Both bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the house with a surface of 140 m². Bedroom 1 has a surface of 10 m² and bedroom 2 of 11 m². Large quiet garden, possibility of parking and garage, wifi, books and music for all tastes. It is a town house located 5 minutes walk from the city center. There is no industry nearby. The space The house is located in a very quiet street with a garden and vegetable garden. There is a parking space right in front of the house or near. The room 2 side street has a double bed 140x200 with new bedding very comfortable, a closet with a part to hang clothes with hangers and another part with shelves, a seat, a small table and a mirror. It is located on the 1st floor. I also have a baby cot at your disposal. The room 1 side garden is also for rent, it has a double bed (140x190) and the bedding is new. If you come with children, both rooms are side by side. Guest access The bathroom and toilet are shared with the host and are located in front of the room. There are shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer available. The kitchen will be at your disposal if you wish. There will always be a place in the fridge for your snacks. During your stay I'd be discreet but I would be there to guide you and advise you. The region is rich in cultural and natural site: Metz and the Pompidou center, Nancy and Art Nouveau, Pont-à-Mousson and its unique paper mache museum in France, Verdun and its sites of the First World War, the lake of Madine Meuse. I could give you all the tips on flea markets in the region because I love antiquing.
